An excellent example of Victorian craftsmanship, this marvellous late-19th century brooch pin is crafted from 18K yellow gold and sterling silver. Its grandiose pendant features 1.5 carats of majestic natural blue sapphires and 1.20 carats of rose cut diamonds ornately arranged in a scalloped edge around a brushed gold floral centre. Additionally, it is suspended by a rose cut diamond bow with a tubular hinge and early lever safety clasp, rendering it exceptionally versatile — the lower portion may be detached and worn as a pendant. An incomparable heirloom fit for royalty!
