Antique Georgian 9ct rose gold seal medallion pendant. This piece would have originally been worn by men across there chest on a watch chain with the seal attached. The seal has five hallmarks a 9, 375, an anchor and a 'y' indicating the piece was made in 1822-1823 from 9ct yellow gold. The piece is hallmarked yellow gold however it is more pink than yellow. The pendant hangs from a new 9ct rose gold chain.
The makers mark WA is stamped on the back of the seal, unfortunately we were not able to identify the maker.
The piece could be engraved in the middle.

MEASUREMENT:
The pendant measures 2.3cm / 0.8" in length (including finding) and 2.2cm / 0.9" in width. The new 9ct rose gold chain measures 18".
CONDITION:
The pendant is in excellent condition. It does not feature any scratches or dents.
